Answer:

Click on ‘Sign In’.

Click on the appropriate login credential, either ‘Accept/Login with PKI’ or ‘Accept/Login with Password’.

PKI or PIV:

1. Use the Forgot/Reset Password button to reset your Password. (Everyone must do this the first time logging in).
2. Enter the correct email address (some use multiple emails) and click Submit.
3. You will receive a temporary password through the email you entered.
4. Log into CPARS by entering your Email Address.
5. Copy and paste your temporary password into the Password box and click Login with PKI.
6. You will be prompted to establish your password using the approved credentials listed. You cannot reset your password if you do not comply with all password requirements.

Login with Password option:

1. Accept/ Login with Password.
2. Select Forgot/Reset Password.
3. Enter your correct email (some have multiple emails) and click submit.
4. You will receive a temporary password.
5. In the login portion, enter your email and copy and paste your temporary password.
6. You will receive a one-time access code in your email, copy this access code.
7. One-Time Access Code, copy and paste and hit submit.
8. You will be prompted to establish your password using the approved credentials listed. You cannot reset your password if you do not comply with all password requirements.

You will have to submit your access code each time. This is an added security feature to protect you.
