Focal Point and Agency POC Auto Register Function (1.5 hours) View Schedule
This training will give the student an understanding of the Focal Point and Agency Point of Contact Auto Registration process. FAPIIS is not covered in this class; please see the FAPIIS Overview class below. Taking the CPARS Overview is a prerequisite to taking this class.
Target Audience: This session is specifically targeted for those Government Focal Point and Agency Point of Contact users.
This training will provide the student with an overview of the Status Report, Evaluation Metrics Report, Ratings Metrics Report, Processing Times Report, and Dashboard. Explanations will be provided to show how to run each report, what every data element on each report means, how the calculations on the reports are performed, how to read and interpret each report, and to provide some common uses for each report. There are also helpful hints throughout the class to make the reports process more effective. Taking the CPARS Overview is a prerequisite to the CPARS Reports training.
Target Audience: This course is specifically targeted for CPARS Department Points of Contact, Agency Points of Contact, Focal Points, and Alternate Focal Points.
Contractor Overview (1.5 hours) View Schedule
This training will give the student an understanding of the Contractor Representative and Contractor Corporate Senior Management levels of access, the policies and regulations governing CPARS, and the electronic workflow with particular attention to the Contractor comment function.
Target Audience: This session is specifically targeted to Contractor users who provide Past Performance Evaluation comments or who manage the CPARS process for their company.
This training will give the student an overview of the policies and regulations governing FAPIIS, including FAPIIS Application functionality, data entry, and FAPIIS Focal Point responsibilities.
Target Audience: This course is specifically targeted for those users who have minimal familiarity with the FAPIIS application.
CPARS and FAPIIS Online Training Cancellation Policy
In order to maintain the availability of online classes we require that registered attendees notify the meeting host/NSLC Help Desk before the starting time for any class if they are unable to attend. If a registered attendee fails to attend an online training class without prior notification then they will be unable to register for another online training class for a period of ninety (90) days.
This on-line Training is an interactive online classroom for the delivery of live, instructor led training for the CPARS suite of web based applications. There is no investment in software required and online classes are available free of charge.
